Safeocean Surveyor and Inspection Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to SSIC) is a third-party company specializing maritime and cargo inspection, licensed by General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C (AQSIQ) in 2011 (The current licensing authority is the customs), the predecessor was Safeocean Ship Service Co., Ltd founded in 2006.
SSIC has more than 30 surveyors and inspectors, including senior captains and advanced surveyors working in all of the China and Vietnam ports. Headquarter locates at Shanghai, 7 domestic branches separately locate in Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Rizhao, Changshu, Fangcheng and Guangzhou, 1 abroad branch locates at Ho Chi Ming City Vietnam. The scope of services can cover all major ports in China and Vietnam, convenient and prompt service can be provided to clients.
Scope of service: Pre-shipment, pre-loading, loading and discharging survey etc to metal material and products, oil product, LPG, LNG, chemical products, minerals, primary agricultural products; cargo worthiness inspection and suitability survey to vessels, vehicles, containers which carried with import & export commodity, draft survey, measurement survey, cargo damage survey, port captain and tally service etc.
SSIC, which enjoys good reputation in the industry, has always been in accordance with the service concept of Scientific & Fair, Precise & Standard, True & Honest, High-quality & High-efficient, and has set up and maintained good and close cooperation relationship with shipping, insurance, commercial companies and manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. SSIC has built up Inspection Institution Quality Management System of ISO/IEC 17020 on October 19, 2012, and got approval from China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) on March 26, 2015. |
