Safeocean Surveyor and Inspection Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to SSIC) is a third-party company specializingmaritime and cargoinspection, licensed by General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C (AQSIQ) in 2011 (The current licensing authority is the General Administration of Customs),the predecessor was Safeocean Ship Service Co., Ltd founded in 2006.
SSIC hasmore than 30 surveyors and inspectors, includingsenior captains and advanced surveyors working in all the China and Vietnamports. Headquarter locates at Shanghai, 7domestic branches separately locate in Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Rizhao, Changshu, Fangcheng and Guangzhou, 2 abroad branchesseparately locate at Ho Chi Ming City and Haiphong Vietnam. The scope of our services can cover all major ports in both China and Vietnam, convenient and prompt service can be provided to clients.
Scope of service: Pre-shipment, pre-loading, loading &discharging survey to metal material and products, oil product, LPG, LNG, chemical products, minerals, primary agricultural productsetc, cargoworthiness inspection and suitability survey to vessels, vehicles, containers which carried with import& export commodity, draft survey, measurement survey, cargo damage survey, port captain and tally service etc.
